From the Editors
The editors of Ethics & International Affairs are pleased to present the Fall 2024 issue of the journal. The issue contains a roundtable organized by Danielle Young on the ethics, governance and politics of solar geoengineering, featuring contributions by Duncan McLaren, Jeroen Oomen, Stacy VanDeveer, Frank Biermann, Rakhyun Kim, Carol Bardi, and Aarti Gupta, and Danielle Young. The issue also contains a roundtable on Russia's war against Ukraine and the limits of ethical theorizing, organized by Hilary Appel and Rachel A. Epstein, featuring contributions by Milada Anna Vachudova and Nadiia Koval, Oxana Shevel, Charli Carpenter, and Hilary Appel and Rachel A. Epstein. Additionally, the issue includes a feature article by Dan Boscov-Ellen on climate migration. The issue also contains book reviews by Neelke Doorn and Peter Spiro.
